Welcome to MLD. By accessing or using MLD, a mobile application created by MLDOz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the app.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
MLDOz and its licensors own all intellectual property rights to this application. You may not:
Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the application.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app’s source code.

3. Beta Testing & Confidentiality
If you participate in beta testing, you agree to:
Provide feedback to help improve the application.
Not disclose, share, or publicly discuss unreleased features, bugs, or issues.

4. Restrictions
You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
Selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Application material;
Using this Application in any way that is or may be damaging to this Application;
Using this Application in any way that impacts user access to this Application;
Using this Application contrary to applicable laws and regulations, or in any way may cause harm to the Application, or to any person or business entity;
Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Application.

5. User Content & Behavior
You agree not to:
Engage in false or misleading statements about MLDOz.
Publish defamatory or harmful statements about MLDOz or its services.

6. No warranties
This Application is provided "as is," with all faults, and MLDOz express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Application or the materials contained on this Application.

7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall MLDOz, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Application whether such liability is under contract. MLDOz, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Application.

8. Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent MLDOz from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

10. Variation of Terms
MLDOz is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Application you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.

11. Assignment
MLDOz is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between MLDOz and you in relation to your use of this Application, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
